Below are details of the numerous authorized Service Centers operated by Socket Mobile as part of our Global Service offering to our customers.
Our Newark, California center is currently the only facility that offers a repair service, all other addresses act as receiving hubs for defective scanners as our aim is to replace defective scanners with replacement units rather than offer a repair service.
Please do not return a device to any Service Center without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you have a defective device, contact Customer Support 
to start the return process.
